Profile workload lets you know when you need to hire another consultant, or PM, by showing you how much work you have by profile, it also helps level the workload over your resources.

When resources aren't working on projects it might be because they're on holiday, or are in training, Hydra lets you put in these in, so you know exactly when they are available.
