Update: How Hydra is responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
With the Government announcing strict, new measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), I want to assure you that Hydra is taking this situation very seriously and is fully complying with the new rules.
Our continuing priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and those it serves; its customers and partners.
As a SaaS platform and service provider, we are well-positioned to be resilient in these circumstances. All our internal and external systems are cloud-based and accessible remotely so Hydra will continue to provide a Business as Usual service.
Remote working
Every person in our team is remote and home working and are reachable and contactable in the normal way. Our support team continues to work as normal, and are available on the usual email, chat and phone channels.
I want to reassure you that we can keep providing you with the same high levels of service that you receive at any other time.
We will continue to follow UK Government Guidelines and closely monitor further developments.
It is a stressful time for our employees and those that we serve and so we want to do everything we can to minimise panic and maximise safety.
Thank you for your continued support as we all work hard to navigate through these challenging times.
