Hydra is delighted to welcome its new Change Management Thought-Leader, Francesca Valli.
Francesca is a change expert backed by experience and results in transforming organisations. Francesca has managed multi-million £ programmes and delivered trackable change that’s aligned with today’s technology. The end result? Solid results when it comes to return on investment. Her past experience in finance and system analysis gives her an edge in understanding and creating change at the organisational level.
Francesca is the founder of Chrys which delivers business change without the complexity typically assigned to it. She also sits as a non-executive director on the board of FrontM, an innovative technology start-up that provides solutions for digital experience in remote spaces.
In this video Francesca talks to Louis Crust, of CTR Partners, about her experience in business, why she got into it and how she’s got where she is today.
Francesca gives talks on change, demystifying its perceived complexity and brings enthusiastic energy, cultural understanding and an appreciation for diversity to her process. She’s learning Mandarin and is fluent in English and Italian.
"Change can’t be an afterthought. Nor can it solely rely on communication and training.
Change must be plugged into the heart of an organisation's delivery approach.
It must reflect in its DNA. Then, change is inevitable."
Social Responsibility
A believer in social responsibility, Francesca has raised close to £1.5m in aid of the NSPCC in The Gherkin Challenge, which is her fundraiser event. She serves on the NSPCC Board's fundraising sub-committee and on their National Volunteer Board. She is also an Honorary Member of the NSPCC Council. Francesca sponsors a therapeutic garden in IKWRO's women's refuge.
Sacha Holmes, Hydra's Digital Marketing Manager comments "We are delighted to have Francesca on-board and look forward to sharing her knowledge and experiences with our community".
Francesca comments "It’ll be my honour to be Hydra’s thought leader, thank you to Juan and Manfredi for the great opportunity. I very much look forward to our collaboration".
