How Hydra is responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

With the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation developing quickly, we believe it’s important to be transparent about how Hydra is responding. Hydra’s top priority is the health and safety of its employees and those it serves; its customers and partners.

Remote working

Hydra is a strong proponent of flexible working practices and in light of the situation, is prepared and ready to implement remote working for all its employees.

If this takes effect we want to reassure our customers, partners, and suppliers that this will in no way impact the levels of service and communication that you receive from us. All our internal and external systems are cloud-based and accessible remotely so we will have a seamless transition to smart working.

Hydra will continue to provide a Business as Usual service. Our staff will be reachable and contactable in the usual way via phone, email, chat, and our support team are available for any customer issues.

It is a stressful time for our employees and those that we serve and so we want to do everything we can to minimise panic and maximise safety.

If you have any queries about this notice, please reach out to Manfredi.Bargioni@hydra.cloud
